Shipping & Returns
Hedge Farm’s primary delivery service is FedEx, though we occasionally use the U.S. Postal Service for small parcels.
We utilize FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground, as appropriate.
Expedited shipping, such as Next Day or Second Day, is generally not possible, but we will attempt to honor requests if production schedules and staffing permit.
Since our products are all made-to-order, returns are not possible, with the exception of damaged merchandise.
If you receive a damaged product, notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may request that you send us photos of the damaged product, along with photos of the shipping cartons so that we can file a claim with the delivery service. Do not discard shipping cartons and packing materials until the refund process is complete as the delivery service may need to inspect the damages. We may also ask that you return the damaged items. Failure to follow the procedures above may result in delays in processing a refund, or a refund denial.
Once we have received documentation of damage and approved the claim, we will initiate a refund or apply a credit to your account. Allow several days for the refund to show up in your account.
