Order Terms & Conditions

Retail Orders

All Hedge Farm products are made-to-order and no finished inventory is maintained in stock. All orders are therefore considered custom orders. Production times normally run about 10 days, but can be significantly longer in peak seasons. Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. As these products are made specifically for you, returns and refunds are not possible, with the exception of products damaged in shipping.

Orders are shipped via FedEx. Expedited production and shipping may be possible for an additional fee. Email us for details.

Wholesale Orders

All Hedge Farm products are made to order and are therefore considered custom orders. Credit cards are charged when your products begin production. This is one to two weeks before your ship date but can be significantly more in peak seasons. Specific ship dates are not guaranteed by the submission of a wholesale order, but must be reviewed and accepted by Hedge Farm staff. Cancellations are not accepted once production begins. As these are produced specifically for you, returns and refunds are not possible, with the exception of products damaged in shipping.
